CURRICULUM VITAE

Alessandro Rizzi (b. 1973) is a photographer born in Reggio Emilia (Italy) and based between Italy and Asia (China, Japan). He won prizes in Italy and abroad. His work is represented by agencies and is present in public and private collections.

He made philosophical studies at Bologna University and photographic studies in Milan e Paris. Rizzi's photographs have been featured in solo and group exhibitions, including the last 2010 Fotografia Europea International Festival in Italy.

His first book, "Vision from another world", was published by Damiani press in 2006 with international attentions.

He has been invited for public lectures by several Istitution as:
ICP in New York, Capri Fondation, University of Teramo, Domus Academy, Fotografia Europea.

Alessandro is represented by Galleries in Italy, Middle East and China. He is a member of Gettyimages, Gallery Stock and Blobcg agencies.

WHAT EQUIPMENT ALESSANDRO USE?

Alessandro loves to use different cameras depending on the project. A Fuji 6x9 for street photography and an Alpa STC with Hasselblad CFV 39 for architecture, landscape photography and interiors.
