Mentre Parigi celebra la fotografia in uno degli scenari piu’ belli che le si possa offrire, il Palais Royal , un pezzo di fotografia italiana ma sopratrutto una persona splendida se ne’ andata, Paola Borgonzoni Ghirri, di cui ho avuto il piacere di essere amico in tanti pomeriggi passati insieme nella loro casa a pochi km dalla mia, sfogliando libri di Luigi e parlando della vita e della nostra adorata fotografia. The leading italian newspaper “Corriere della Sera” publish today a special insert about the opening of MeetDesign, that will be celebrate today at Mercati di Traiano in Rome. The images I’ve shot with the collaboration of assitant Giovanni Fato, are part of a project with Rizzoli Group about this event, first of multi publications will be release in the next months.

Full of People and gallery around tje globe, Paris Photo is confirming itself as one of the most important art fair, but who is really taking advantage from it ? I will write soon my opinion on it, now I’m only been impressed from a series of this photographer, Eve Sussman..

Finally after a not easy print process and a travel world shipping, this evening one of my unique piece ( non reproduction at that size) will be exposed at my gallery in Beirut associated with some great international Photographers.
